When we process your order, we check that your billing address matches your bank's records to help reduce fraud. We often receive mismatches when our users study at schools (such as UC Berkeley) and type in their school address while the official billing address on record is where they lived in high school.
If the Complete Purchase button is clicked twice within the same minute, the second charge is blocked so that you aren't accidentally billed twice.
A common scenario is that you received an address mismatch the first time. If you click the Complete Purchase button again, the system will tell you that a duplicate transaction has been submitted.
No worries! Your money is safe and sound. Whenever there is an AVS mismatch or Duplicate Transaction, a "Pending" charge will show up on your statement. This will completely disappear after a few business days, and you will not be charged for the unsuccessful transactions.
On the Checkout page, you can click on "Manage Payment Options" and delete your card information. Then you can re-add the same card but with the correct billing address.
Sometimes you may have separate accounts. For example, if you registered with a password and then logged in with Facebook, there is a chance that you could have two different accounts.
Your card will be charged the amount of your purchase. You will also receive an email receipt that contains your voucher code and store information. Simply bring that code to the merchant for redemption; no printing necessary. You can also view your purchases on your Purchases page.
Simply bring your voucher code to the merchant. Before you order, let the cashier know that you are here for your Munch On Me offer. There is no need to print anything. Simply display your email receipt on your smartphone, write the code somewhere, or memorize it!
Different merchants have different store hours. The voucher is valid anytime the store is open unless stated otherwise under the fine print.
The fine print represents a list of restrictions for the offer. For example, this can include a purchase limit per user or valid only during certain hours.
We will send you an email reminder about the expiration one week before the expiration date to help prevent this. However, when the voucher expires, the merchant will no longer accept the offer; please contact us at support@munchonme.com and we’ll take care of you.

Currently, we do not list the merchant's entire menu. You are more than welcome to buy other dishes at full-price from our participating merchants. They'll sure appreciate your business!
