What does Munch On Me do?

Every week, Munch On Me will showcase a set of unique dishes for you and your friends to try from restaurants around your local area.

Does it cost anything to join Munch On Me?

Nope! Munch On Me is completely free; you only pay for what you buy. We occasionally give away free food too!

Why the name Munch On Me?

"Munch" because we bring you delicious foods to munch on and "On Me" because you don’t have to do anything. Simply check back every week for new dishes - it's completely on us!

How do I pay for the featured food?

Add dishes you like to your cart and checkout anytime with a credit or debit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I buy more than one at a time?

Of course! You can also purchase multiple items at once. However, for certain offers, there may be a restriction of one per person.

Is my card info safe?

Absolutely. Security is one of our top priorities. Your payment information is never stored on our servers, and data is encrypted via SSL while being transferred to a secure electronic vault. Your privacy is guaranteed.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

You can always edit your order on the Checkout page. However, if you have a problem using or feel dissatisfied with your order, please let us know at support@munchonme.com or chat with us live at the bottom right of this page. We're here to help and may be able to offer a refund.

I keep getting an Address Verification System (AVS) mismatch error after clicking the Complete Purchase button. What does this mean?

When we process your order, we check that your billing address matches your bank's records to help reduce fraud. We often receive mismatches when our users study at schools (such as UC Berkeley) and type in their school address while the official billing address on record is where they lived in high school.

I keep getting an error that says "A Duplicate Transaction has been submitted" after clicking the Complete Purchase button. What does this mean?

If the Complete Purchase button is clicked twice within the same minute, the second charge is blocked so that you aren't accidentally billed twice.

A common scenario is that you received an address mismatch the first time. If you click the Complete Purchase button again, the system will tell you that a duplicate transaction has been submitted.

I’ve been charged multiple times on my card statement, but didn’t get any email receipts and don’t see anything on my Purchases page.

No worries! Your money is safe and sound. Whenever there is an AVS mismatch or Duplicate Transaction, a "Pending" charge will show up on your statement. This will completely disappear after a few business days, and you will not be charged for the unsuccessful transactions.

How can I change the billing address I entered on Munch On Me?

On the Checkout page, you can click on "Manage Payment Options" and delete your card information. Then you can re-add the same card but with the correct billing address.

I know one of my purchases was successful but can’t find the vouchers anywhere. What happened?

Sometimes you may have separate accounts. For example, if you registered with a password and then logged in with Facebook, there is a chance that you could have two different accounts.

What happens when I make a purchase?

Your card will be charged the amount of your purchase. You will also receive an email receipt that contains your voucher code and store information. Simply bring that code to the merchant for redemption; no printing necessary. You can also view your purchases on your Purchases page.

How do I redeem the food?

Simply bring your voucher code to the merchant. Before you order, let the cashier know that you are here for your Munch On Me offer. There is no need to print anything. Simply display your email receipt on your smartphone, write the code somewhere, or memorize it!

When can I redeem the food?

Different merchants have different store hours. The voucher is valid anytime the store is open unless stated otherwise under the fine print.

What does the fine print mean?

The fine print represents a list of restrictions for the offer. For example, this can include a purchase limit per user or valid only during certain hours.

What happens when the voucher expires?

We will send you an email reminder about the expiration one week before the expiration date to help prevent this. However, when the voucher expires, the merchant will no longer accept the offer; please contact us at support@munchonme.com and we’ll take care of you.

What happens if something goes wrong?

What if I want to buy another item at the participating merchant?

Currently, we do not list the merchant's entire menu. You are more than welcome to buy other dishes at full-price from our participating merchants. They'll sure appreciate your business!

What happens if the merchant goes out of business?

In the rare case that a merchant goes out of business, we will issue you a full refund. To facilitate the process, please email us at support@munchonme.com with the email associated with your account and we will quickly resolve the situation.
